Steve Jobs, the late CEO of Apple, paved a path that many people want to follow. His genius is not his ability to create ideas and have them come to life. It's his ability to attract, find, inspire and manage great people. It's a very difficult craft, but when done right... one man can go very far with a strong team. Although his ideas and way of thinking played a huge role in his success, it was his ability to keep a good core of talented people following his vision towards success.
